Monel is copper nickel alloy,has good corrosion resistance. In salty water or seawater has excellent resistance to pitting corrosion, stress corrosion ability. Especially hydrofluoric acid resistance and resistance to the hydrochloric acid.
Widely used in the chemical, oil, Marine industry.
